| bunch | Parsley, chopped | | 1/2
| | Hot green chili, chopped | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Olive oil | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| pinch | Salt & pepper | | 1
| pinch | Cayenne |

Procedures:
| 1 | Quarter the tomatoes. | | 2 | Mix parsley & chili with the tomatoes & chill. | | 3 | Combine the remaining ingredients & set aside to rest. | | 4 | Just before serving, mix the salad dressing with the salad. |
