Ingredients:
1/2 lbsChicken wings
BAR-B-Q SAUCE
1/2 cupKetchup
1/2 cupWater
2 tspDijon mustard
1 tspSalt
2 tspLouisiana hot sauce
1/2 tspChili powder
2 Garlic cloves - minced
1/4 cupLemon Juice
1 tbspBrown sugar
2 tbspOil
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 tspCumin
1 tspBlack pepper
Oil for deep frying
Procedures:
1This bbq sauce is mild.
2If you like hotter wings, add more louisiana hot sauce.
3In a large heavy saucepan, mix together bbq sauce ingredients.
4Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins.
5In a frypan or wok, heat oil to 375?f (190?c).
6Deep fry a few wings at a time, until they are cooked through, about 10-15 mins.
7Drain fried wings on absorbent towel.
8When all the wings are cooked, place them in the simmering bbq sauce.
9Stir to coat and serve
