Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsGround beef
2 tbspCooking oil
1 1/2 cupOnion - chopped
1/2 cupCelery - chopped
3/4 cupBarley
2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1 canTomato sauce - (6 oz. can)
3 cupHot water
Parmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Brown meat on cooking oil.
2Mix other ingredients and add to meat.
3Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
4Cook in low oven about 1- ?hours
