Bourbon chocolate cake

Ingredients:
1 packChocolate cake mix, with
- pudding
3 Eggs
1/2 cupBourbon whiskey
1/2 cupWater, cold
1/3 cupVegetable oil
FROSTING
1 pintWhipping cream
1/3 cupUnsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cupPowdered sugar
1 tspVanilla
1/2 cupBourbon
1 cupNuts, chopped
Procedures:
1Butter and flour two 9" round cake pans.
2Combine cake mix, eggs, bourbon, cold water and vegetable oil in large bowl of mixer.
3Beat for 2 minutes on high speed until very light.
4Pour into pans.
5Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until tests done.
6Cool in pans 10 minutes.
7Remove.
8Cool completely.
9Split layers in half horizontally.
10Spread frosting over each cake layer.
11Sprinkle with walnuts.
12Stack layers.
13Cover sides with frosting.
14Chill at least 2 hours.
15Frosting: in large mixing bowl, combine whipping cream, cocoa, powdered sugar and vanilla.
16Beat until stiff then fold in the bourbon
