Ingredients:
4 lbsRoast
-Flour
2 tbspOil
1 largeOnion, sliced thin into
-rings
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspBlack pepper
2 Whole cloves
1 tbspVinegar
1 Whole bay leaf
1 tspCinnamon
2 tbspCatsup
2 cupWater
2 ozSemi-sweet baking
-chocolate, grated
Procedures:
1Flour roast.
2Brown in oil on all sides.
3Remove roast from pan and set aside.
4Put onion rings into pot (dutch oven).
5Add salt and pepper.
6Put roast on top of onion rings, add cloves, vinegar, bay leaf, cinnamon, catsup and water.
7Put lid on pot.
8Let come to a boil and simmer about 2 ?hours or until roast is tender.
9Add grated chocolate and stir around roast.
10Let cook another 15 minutes.
11Remove cloves and bay leaf
