Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts, boned and
-skinned (can substitute
-pheasant, grouse or any
-game bird)
1/2 cupButter or Margarine
1 smallMushrooms, can or 1 c fresh
1/4 tspSalt
1/3 cupFlour
1 largeChicken Broth, can
1 smallCream, can, light
Procedures:
1In frying pan on medium heat, brown breasts in butter.
2During the last few minutes of browning, add mushrooms and continue browning.
3Remove chicken.
4Stir salt and flour into drippings until blended.
5If too stiff, add 2 more t butter.
6Stir in broth and cream.
7Cook until thickened and smooth
