1 1/2 cupWhole wheat flour
1 1/2 cupBread flour
1 1/2 tspSalt
1 1/2 tbspButter, or margarine
2 tbspHoney
1/4 tspAllspice, ground
2 tspRed Star yeast
Procedures:
1Place all ingredients in bread pan, press light crust setting, and press start.
2After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
