Ingredients:
2 cupSugar
4 Eggs, beaten
4 cupAll purpose flour
2 tspBaking soda
1 tspSalt
1 cupSalad oil
1/4 cupCommercial sour cream
2 cupApples, peeled and chopped
1 cupPecans, chopped
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Gradually add sugar to eggs; beat until light and fluffy.
2Combine dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture alternately with oil and sour cream, beating well after each addition.
3Stir in apples, pecans and vanilla.
4Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.
5Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6Let cool in pans 5 minutes; turn out on wire racks to finish cooling
