Ingredients:

| | Eggs, beaten | | 4
| cup | All purpose flour | | 2
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Salad oil | | 1/4
| cup | Commercial sour cream | | 2
| cup | Apples, peeled and chopped | | 1
| cup | Pecans, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Gradually add sugar to eggs; beat until light and fluffy. | | 2 | Combine dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture alternately with oil and sour cream, beating well after each addition. | | 3 | Stir in apples, pecans and vanilla. | | 4 | Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. | | 5 | Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. | | 6 | Let cool in pans 5 minutes; turn out on wire racks to finish cooling |
