Apple-hazelnut muffins

Ingredients:
1/2 cupHazelnuts, grounded in
-blender to a coarse flour
1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
2 tbspBaking powder
1/4 cupSugar
1 Egg
2 tbspUnsalted butter, melted and
-cooled
1/2 cupWarm milk
1 tspVanilla extract
1 pinchOf salt
1/2 cupChopped dried apples
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Combine hazelnuts, flour, baking powder and sugar.
3Add egg, butter, milk, vanilla, salt and apples.
4Let stand 10 minutes.
5Fill 4 cups of a nonstick muffin pan (or regular muffin pan with paper liners) with the batter.
6Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
