Ingredients:
1 cupChopped dates
1/2 cupAmaranth
1 cupBoiling water
2 Eggs
1/2 cupHoney
1/4 cupButter, melted
2 cupWhole wheat flour
2 tspBaking powder
1 cupChopped pecans
1 tspVanilla extract
Procedures:
1Soak dates and amaranth in boiling water.
2Beat eggs well, add honey and butter; beat well.
3Stir in all remaining ingredients mixing well.
4Pour into an oiled loaf pan.
