Amaranth rye sticks

Ingredients:
1 packActive dry yeast
1 1/2 cupWarm water
1 tbspNonfat dry milk
1 tbspMolasses
1/2 tspSea salt (optional)
3 1/4 cupAM Rye Flour
1/2 cupAM Amaranth Flour
1 tspCaraway seed
AM Sesame Seeds (optional)
Procedures:
1Dissolve yeast in warm water; stir in milk, molasses, and salt.
2Stir in flour and caraway seeds.
3Knead dough about five minutes.
4Cut into 36 pieces and roll into sticks approximately five inches long.
5Roll in sesame seeds.
6Place on an oiled baking sheet, spray with water, then bake at 425°F. for 18-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
