Ingredients:
2 cupAM Brown Rice Flour
1 tbspNon-alum baking powder
1 tbspArrowroot powder
1/4 cupHoney
1 tspAlmond extract
1 1/4 cupWater or soymilk
2 tbspAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1/2 cupGround almond
Procedures:
1Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately, then combine the two and mix thoroughly (this is a thin batter).
2Fill 12 paper muffin cups 2/3 full and sprinkle tops with almond.
3Bake at 350°F. for 25-30 minutes.
