Ingredients:

| cup | Whole wheat flour | | 3/4
| cup | Flour, all-purpose | | 1
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/3
| cup | Sesame seeds | | 2
| tsp | Poppy seeds | | 3/4
| cup | Orange juice | | 1/4
| cup | Honey | | 2
| | Eggs | | 1/4
| cup | Vegatable Oil | | 1/2
| cup | Bran cereal |

Procedures:
| 1 | Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and seeds. | | 2 | In large bowl, beat together orange juice, honey, eggs and cereal. | | 3 | Let stand 2 min. add flour mixture, stirring only until well combined. | | 4 | Spread evenly in greased 8.5 x 4.5 x 2" loaf pan. | | 5 | Bake at 350f about 40 min. let cool 10 min and remove from pan. | | 6 | Cool completely before slicing |
