1/8 tspGarlic Powder
SAVORY BURGERS
1/4 tspSavory
RED HOT BURGERS
1 tspCrushed Hot Red Pepper
ORIENTAL BURGERS
1/4 tspGinger
1 tspLemon Zest
1 tspSoy Sauce
SESAME BURGERS
1/4 cupToasted sesame seeds
HOT-N-TANGY BURGERS
1 tspSeason All, Seasoned salt
1 tspBarbeque Spice
DILL BURGERS
1/2 tspCrushed dill seed
1/4 cupChopped olives OR
- Sweet Pickles
HERB BURGERS
1/4 tspMarjoram
1/8 tspThyme
1/4 tspCelery Salt
1 tspParsley flakes
CHILI-CHEESE BURGERS
1 cupGrated cheese
1/4 cupMilk
1/2 tspChili Powder
SPICE BURGERS
1/2 tspDry Mustard
1/4 tspNutmeg, ground
Procedures:
1The basic burger mix will yield 4 burgers.
2Add the following herbs and spices to the basic burger mix to create variations on the basic burgers.
3Place into smoker/cooker (i use a water cooker) with the water pan filled with cold water or ice.
4Allow the smoker to obtain cooking temperature, 180-250 degrees.
5Smoke/cook approximately 1 hour per side.(total cooking time is approximately 2-2 ?hours).
6Slop with favorite bbq sauce during the last ?hour of cooking.
7We make up a weeks supply of these at a time.
8They are absolutely delicious...
