Ingredients:
2 tspYeast
1 cupBread flour
1/2 cupWhole wheat flour
1/2 cupRye flour
1 tbspGluten
1/3 cupDijon mustard
2/3 cupWater
1 tbspLecithin granules
1 tbspMolasses
Procedures:
1Dump yeast in machine.
2Dump in flours and lecithin granules fill measuring cup to 2/3rds with warm water.
3Add mustard until liquid measures a full cup.
4Add molasses and stir.
5Dump in machine.
6Set machine to basic bake.
7Tested 3/3/94 a small dark loaf with a nice mustardy flavor.
8While dense, it can be sliced quite thinly.
9Will make a great egg sald sandwich.
10If you substitute another fat for the lecithin granules, you might want to add a littlle more gluten
