Ingredients:
1 tspRed Star yeast
2 1/3 cupBread flour
1/4 cupRye flour
1 tbspLecithin granules
1 tbspGluten
1 tspSalt
1 tspDill weed (dried)
1 tspDried onion flakes
1/2 cupWater
1 cupSourdough starter*
Procedures:
1I just realized that i never added any sugar or dry milk.
2It doesn"t seem to miss them.
3Next time i"ll add more dill and onion.
4The jars were almost empty when my baking fit struck me, so i went with what i had.
5I baked it on the regular bake cycle.
6It rose almost to the top of the pan and is a lovely golden color.
7Tastes pretty good, too.
8*starter: 2c all purpose flour, 2 c warm water, 1 pk yeast.
9Combined and left in oven all night with the light on.
10It doesn"t have a name yet.
11Would "bubbles" be too optimistic
