Procedures:
| 1 | Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. | | 2 | Set "baking control" at 11 o"clock. | | 3 | Select "sweet bread" and push start. | | 4 | In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 1-1/3 c. tested in dak 1-?lb r2d2 bread machine. | | 5 | Sylvia"s comment: a heavy, dense, easy to slice bread. | | 6 | A little "wet," otherwise great! |
