| 1 | Servings: 12 mix 1 cup flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast. |

| 10 | Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. |
| 11 | Roll each into a 20-inch rope. |
| 12 | Shape into pretzels or other shapes. |
| 13 | Place on greased baking sheets. |
| 14 | Cover; let rest 5 minutes. |
| 15 | Mix egg yolk and 1 tablespoon water; brush on pretzels. |
| 16 | Sprinkle with coarse salt. |
| 17 | Bake at 375 degrees 15 minutes or until done. |
