Ingredients:
2 1/4 tspDry yeast
1 1/2 cupWhole wheat flour
1 cupBread flour
1 tspSalt
1/2 cupCrumbled 7-grain cereal
Flakes
3 tbspNonfat dry milk
1 tbspUnsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbspButter/margarine
1/8 cupDark molasses
1 cupPlus 3 T plus 2 t warm

Procedures:
1Add ingredients in the order listed.
2All ingredients must be at room temperature, unless otherwise noted.
3Select whole grain and baking control for light.
4Press start.
5Tent a piece of aluminum foil, shiny side down, over glass dome at start of baking.
6Remove when cooling begins.
7Bread will be ready in 4 hours and 10 minutes.
8A dark, moist loaf that"s perfect for sandwiches! such is the reward when slicing into a loaf of 7-grain bread.
9The machine"s great kneading power makes it moist, and the 7-grain cereal makes it full of extra fiber
