Ingredients:

| lbs | Lean steak, cut ? strips | | 2
| tbsp | All purpose flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Freshly ground pepper | | 1
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1 3/4
| cup | Beef broth | | 1
| cup | Canned tomatoes with juice | | 1
| med | Onion, sliced | | 1
| | Clove garlic, finely chopped | | | Or ?tsp garlic powder | | 1
| large | Green pepper, cut in strips | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce |

Procedures:
