Ingredients:
1 12oz can of room temp. full
-strength beer (any brand)
2 tbspSugar
3 cupSelf rising flour
Procedures:
1Very thick batter.
2Place in large mixing bowl.
3Take 17 strokes with fork.
4Do not over mix.
5Put into greased bread pan.
6Let set 15 minutes in warm place.
7Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour 15 minutes.
8Self rising flour 1 cup flour --minus 2 teaspoons flour-- add 1 ?teaspoons baking powder and ?teaspoon salt
