Ingredients:

| tsp | Baking Soda | | 1/4

| cup | Sour Cream | | 1
| tsp | Almond Extract | | 1
| | Egg | | 8
| oz | Cream Cheese | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| | Egg | | 3/4
| cup | Raspberry Jam | | 1/4
| cup | Almonds, sliced |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | In a large bowl, combine flour and ?cup sugar. | | 3 | Using pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. | | 4 | Reserve 1 cup of crumbs. | | 5 | To remaining crumb mixture, add baking powder, baking soda, salt, sour cream, almond extract, and 1 egg. | | 6 | Blend well. | | 7 | Spread batter over bottom and 1 ?inches up sides of greased and floured 9 inch springform pan. | | 8 | Batter should be about ?inch thick on sides. | | 9 | In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, ?cup sugar, and 1 egg. | | 10 | Blend well. | | 11 | Pour in batter lined pan. | | 12 | Spoon jam over cream cheese mixture. | | 13 | In a small bowl, combine reserved crumbs and sliced almonds. | | 14 | Sprinkle over jam. | | 15 | Bake for 45 to 55 minutes |
