Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupFlour
3/4 cupSugar
3/4 cupButter
1/2 tspBaking Powder
1/2 tspBaking Soda
1/4 tspSalt
3/4 cupSour Cream
1 tspAlmond Extract
1 Egg
8 ozCream Cheese
1/4 cupSugar
1 Egg
3/4 cupRaspberry Jam
1/4 cupAlmonds, sliced
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2In a large bowl, combine flour and ?cup sugar.
3Using pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4Reserve 1 cup of crumbs.
5To remaining crumb mixture, add baking powder, baking soda, salt, sour cream, almond extract, and 1 egg.
6Blend well.
7Spread batter over bottom and 1 ?inches up sides of greased and floured 9 inch springform pan.
8Batter should be about ?inch thick on sides.
9In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, ?cup sugar, and 1 egg.
10Blend well.
11Pour in batter lined pan.
12Spoon jam over cream cheese mixture.
13In a small bowl, combine reserved crumbs and sliced almonds.
14Sprinkle over jam.
15Bake for 45 to 55 minutes
