Ingredients:
1 packDry yeast
1/4 cupWarm water (110 deg f)
1 3/4 cupMilk, scalded & cooled
2 tbspSugar
1 tspSalt
3 Eggs
1/4 cupSoftened butter
2 cupFlour, sifted
Procedures:
1In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
2Add milk, sugar and salt.
3Beat in eggs, butter and flour with mixer.
4Cover and let rise for 1 ?hours.
5Stir down.
6Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight or until ready to use.
7When ready to prepare, stir down and pour into hot waffle iron.
8Bake until golden brown.
9Serve with syrup or powdered sugar
