Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupWholewheat flour
2 tspBaking powder
1 pinchSalt
3 tbspSugar
1/4 cupOil
1/2 cupRaisins
1/2 cupMedium or soft tofu
1/2 cupWater
Procedures:
1Combine flour, baingp owder, salt & sugar in a bowl.
2Mix well.
3Stir in the oil & the raisins.
4Put the tofu & water in a food processor or a blender & blend well, until smooth.
5Pour into the dry mixture & stir until well combined.
6Turn out onto a floured board, roll out the dough & cut into scones.
7Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet & bake at 425f for 15 minutes
