Ingredients:
6 lbsPork tenderloin
2 quartReduced pork broth
1 cupBrown mustard
1 cupYellow mustard
1/3 cupHorseradish
1/3 cupKetchup
1/3 cupBrown sugar
4 eachCloves minced garlic (large)
1/3 cupSalt
1/3 cupCummin
1/3 cupBlack pepper
16 eachSmall red potatoes
4 eachCarrots (stripped)
1 cupPineapple rings
Procedures:
1In saucepan, place pork broth, brown and yellow mustards, honey, horse- radish, kechup, brown sugar and garlic.
2Cook until simmers and then keep warm, reducing the stock.
3Grill pork tenderloin, turing to prevent buring while brushing sauce over the meat.
4Remove from grill when done (170 deg) [about 1 hour on low heat] grill vegtables and pineapple during last half of the cooking time and serve with the meat
