Ingredients:
3 lbsPORK SHOULDER
1/4 cupMINCED ONION
4 tspSAGE
1/2 tspSAVORY
3 tspSALT
1 cupCHOPPED PARSLEY
1/2 tspCHERVIL
1/8 tspMARJORAM
1 eachDASH ALLSPICE
6 tspWATER
1 eachEGG
3 tspSHORTENING
Procedures:
1Chill pork for about 20 minutes (makes grinding easier).
2Combine all ingredients except for the water and egg.
3Sprinkle mix over the pork.
4Grind pork.
5Add water and egg.
6Mix in mixer with flat beater for 1 minute on stir speed.
7Refrigerate until ready to use
