Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 cupSifted all-purpose flour
Butter, jam or fresh
-strawberries
1 cupMilk
1/2 tspSalt, optional
Procedures:
1Beat the eggs lightly.
2Add the milk, sifted flour and salt.
3Mix gently with a fork, leaving lumps.
4Grease a 6-cup muffin pan or a popover pan.
5Fill each cup about ?full and place in a cold oven.
6If your popover pan has 8 cups, fill the empty cups ?full with water.
7Turn the oven to 450 degrees and bake for 20 minutes or until the popovers rise and blossom.
8Serve immediately with fresh strawberries, butter or jam
