Ingredients:
1 cupFlour, sifted
1/4 tspSalt
1 tbspSugar
1/4 cupButter
1 cupMilk, scalded
3 Eggs, unbeaten
Procedures:
1Add the butter to the milk and stir until it melts in a saucepan.
2Add the flour and salt and beat until smooth.
3Cook, stirring constantly, until the dough leaves the sides of the pan; remove from the stove and blend in the sugar and eggs.
4Shape into small balls and fry in deep fat until dark brown.
