Ingredients:
2 cupAll-purpose flour
2 To 3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspSalt
2 tbspButter or margarine
1/2 (8 ?oz.) can crushed
Pineapple, use remaining ?/td>

Spread
1/4 cupButtermilk
Procedures:
1Preparation : in mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
2Cut in butter until coarse crumbs.
3Add undrained pineapple and buttermilk, mix until it holds together.
4Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface.
5Knead for 2 minutes.
6Shape dough into a 6-inch circle, transfer dough to an 8-inch greased round cake pan.
7Score the top in quarters.
8Bake at 375 °F for 30-35 minutes.
9Serve warm with pineapple cream cheese spread
