| | (8 ?oz.) can crushed | | | Pineapple, use remaining ?/td> | | | For | | | Spread | | 1/4
| cup | Buttermilk |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preparation : in mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. | | 2 | Cut in butter until coarse crumbs. | | 3 | Add undrained pineapple and buttermilk, mix until it holds together. | | 4 | Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. | | 5 | Knead for 2 minutes. | | 6 | Shape dough into a 6-inch circle, transfer dough to an 8-inch greased round cake pan. | | 7 | Score the top in quarters. | | 8 | Bake at 375 °F for 30-35 minutes. | | 9 | Serve warm with pineapple cream cheese spread |
