Ingredients:

1 1/2 cupWhole-Wheat Flour
1/4 cupUncooked Quick-Cooking
-Oatmeal
1 tbspBaking Powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 cupUnhomogenized, Crunchy
-Peanut Butter
1 tbspDark Sesame Oil
1/4 cupGranulated Sugar
1/4 cupDark-Brown Sugar, packed
2 Egg Whites, lightly beaten
2 cupNonfat Milk
2 tspVanilla Extract
Procedures:
1Preheat a waffle iron and coat it with vegetable oil spray.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt and mix well.
3In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, oil and sugars and mix until completely blended.
4Add egg whites to peanut butter mixture and mix well.
5Add the milk, a little at a time, blending well after each addition.
6Add the vanilla and mix well.
7Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and mix just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
8Do not over mix.
9Immediately spoon ?cup batter into the preheated waffle iron and bake about 7 minutes, or until golden brown and the waffle stops steaming
