Ingredients:
4 cupOatmeal
1 cupOregon hazelnuts
-- roasted & chopped
1 cupFlaked coconut
1/2 cupWheat germ flakes
1 cupRaisins
2/3 cupHoney
1 tbspWater
1 tspVanilla
2 tbspOil
Procedures:
1Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
2Put oatmeal, hazelnuts, coconut and wheat germ flakes in a bowl, mix lightly.
3Stir together honey, water, vanilla, and oil, then combine well with dry mixture.
4Spread in a 3-quart, lightly oiled baking pan.
5Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
6Add raisins after baking.
7When cool, store in airtight container.
8Serve with milk or eat as a snack.
