Oatmeal waffles

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
1 cupQuick cooking rolled oats
1 tbspBaking powder
1/2 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspSalt
6 tbspButter, melted
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbspBrown sugar
1 1/2 cupMilk
Procedures:
1In a large bowl stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
2In a small bowl stir together eggs, milk, butter, and brown sugar.
3Add liquids to flour/oats mix, stir until well blended.
4Pour onto preheated, lightly greased (pam works well) waffle iron.
5Close lid and cook to desired doneness.
6Use a fork to remove waffle from the iron.
7Serve with jams, honey, yogurt or syrup.
8Recipe make 12 4" waffles, recipes doubles well and cooked waffles freeze and reheat nicel
