Ingredients:

| cup | All purpose flour | | 1
| cup | Quick cooking rolled oats | | 1
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 6
| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 2
| | Eggs, slightly beaten | | 2
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 1 1/2
| cup | Milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large bowl stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. | | 2 | In a small bowl stir together eggs, milk, butter, and brown sugar. | | 3 | Add liquids to flour/oats mix, stir until well blended. | | 4 | Pour onto preheated, lightly greased (pam works well) waffle iron. | | 5 | Close lid and cook to desired doneness. | | 6 | Use a fork to remove waffle from the iron. | | 7 | Serve with jams, honey, yogurt or syrup. | | 8 | Recipe make 12 4" waffles, recipes doubles well and cooked waffles freeze and reheat nicel |
