Ingredients:
2 cupRolled oats
1/2 cupCashews
1 pinchSalt
1 tbspOil
1 cupWater
Procedures:
1Using a food processor or a blender, grind together the oats & cashews.
2Be careful not to over-grind otherwise you will get a butter-like consistency.
3Add the salt, oil & water & blend thoruoghly.
4Pour the batter into a waffle iron & leave a few minutes until cooked.
5Serve with plenty of maple syrup
