New granola

Ingredients:
2 cupOld-fashioned oats
1 cupSlivered almonds
1/3 cupFrozen apple juice
-- concentrate, thawed
2 tbspPacked brown sugar
1 tbspGround cinnamon
1 cupUnsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cupDried sour cherries or
-- raisins
1/2 cupGolden raisins
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 300°F.
2Combine oats and almonds in bowl.
3Mix in juice concentrate.
4Add sugar and cinnamon and toss.
5Spread on cookies sheet.
6Bake 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7Stir in coconut and bake until golden, about 15 minutes.
8Remove from the oven, cool.
9Add cherries and raisins to granola.
10Stor in airtight container at room temperature.
11(can be made 1 week ahead).
