Ingredients:
1/4 lbsHam, flaked
8 largeEggs, fresh
2 tspDijon mustard
1/2 cupSour cream
2 tspFresh chives, chopped
2 tspFresh parsley, chopped
3/4 cupShredded sharp Cheddar
- cheese
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2Grease 4 1-cup ramekins.
3Divide flaked ham between ramekins.
4Whisk together eggs, mustard and sour cream.
5Stir in herbs and top with shredded cheese.
6Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden and set.
7Makes 4 servings.
