Ingredients:
1 cupPlain non-fat yogurt
2 cupCooked brown rice
2 tspHoney or brown sugar
1 ea Apple, chopped
1 tspCinnamon
2 tbspRaisins
Procedures:
1Breakfast can be unusual too.
2This is a good use for leftover rice.
3It can be mixed in advance and kept in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days.
4Serve hot or cold.
5Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
