Ingredients:
1 cupSkim milk
1 Egg white
1 tspVanilla
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1 1/2 tspBaking powder
1 pinchSalt
1 pinchCinnamon
1 tspCanola oil
1/2 cupLow-fat yogurt
STRAWBERRY SAUCE
1 packFrozen strawberries
-- (unsweetened)
1/2 cupWater
1 tbspGranulated sugar
2 tspCornstarch
Procedures:
1Or, bake in greased 9x5x3" loaf pan for at 350 deg f for 1 hour, or until done.
2Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

4Stir together flour, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl.
5Add egg, mix with fork until crumbly.
6Spread over berries.

8Bake at 375 deg f for 45-50 minutes.
9Serve warm with whipped cream, topping, or ice cream.
10Note: 4 cups frozen unsweetened berry slices may be used instead of fresh.
11Mix together oatmeal, flour and brown sugar.

14In another bowl, mix strawberries and white sugar together.
