1/4 cupBaking powder
2 tspSalt
1 cupNonfat dry milk
1 1/2 cupShortening
Procedures:
1Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2Sift to assure even distribution of ingredients.
3Using a pastry blender, cut in shortening until mix is the consistency of cornmeal.
4Store in an airtight container, in a cool place for up to several months
