| cup | Milk | | 4
| tbsp | Butter, melted and cooled |

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat egg white in a small bowl until stiff and set aside. | | 2 | Mix together dry ingredients and set aside. | | 3 | Combine egg yolk, milk and melted butter. | | 4 | Add to dry ingredients, mixing until just blended. | | 5 | Fold in beaten egg white until just mixed. | | 6 | Do not overbeat batter. | | 7 | Note: use in your waffle iron according to your mfg"s instructions. |
