Jack barnard's spanish omelet

Ingredients:
1 cupOnion, chopped finely
1/2 Salt
1 dashRed pepper
6 ea Eggs
1 cupMilk
1 dashPepper
2 cupCanned tomatoes
1 tbspMargarine
1/2 Pepper
6 tbspCornstarch
1 Baking powder
1/2 Salt
Procedures:
1Sauce:put onions in a pan with a little water and cook until partly done.
2Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, red peppers and margarine.
3Simmer very slowly for 3 hours until thick.
4Eggs:beat eggs, cornstarch, milk, salt, pepper and baking powder.
5Put a little margarine in skillet and heat.
6Cook egg mixture until set, then flip over and cook other side.
7Put on plate and fold over.
8Fill with tomato sauce.
