Nonstick spray
1 1/4 cupAll-purpose flour
1 Egg
1 cupButtermilk
1/4 cupGranulated sugar
1 tspBaking powder, (heaping)
1 tspBaking soda
1/4 cupCooking oil
Procedures:
1Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
2Use a pan with a nonstick surface or apply a little nonstick spray.
3In a blender or with a mixer, combin edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes.
4They should be light brown.
