Ingredients:
1/2 cupWater
1 cupHONEY
1 tbspVanilla
Procedures:
1Heat water in a saucepan over medium heat.
2Add honey just before boiling.
3Stir well until combined- do not boil.
4Remove from heat - stir in vanilla.
5Store in covered jar or syrup dispenser in the refrigerator.
6Honey can be used straight from the jar on pancakes - but this syrup pours nicely and dilutes the overwhelming sweetnees of honey
