Ingredients:
175 gramsTagliatelle
50 gramsGreek strained yoghurt
1/2 Rind of lemon
1/2 tbspOlive oil
1/2 tspGrated nutmeg
Seasoning
Procedures:
1Cook the tagliatelle according to instructions until al dente.
2Drain thoroughly.
3Place the yoghurt in a small pan with the remaining ingredients.
4Bring to the boil then pour onto the pasta, stir well to coat and serve at once.
5Serve with the spring vegetables in a parcel
