Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupWhole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cupOat flour
1 tbspGluten flour
2 tspBaking powder
1/4 cupWheat germ
1/4 tspSalt
3 tbspUnrefined corn oil
1/2 cupBrown rice syrup
1 1/4 cupWater
2 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat.
2(do not overheat or pancakes will burn before insides are cooked).
3Combine dry ingredients.
4Add liquid ingredients and mix well.
5Pour ?cup batter per pancake onto griddle.
6When surface of pancake is bubbly and sides are firm, turn and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
7Remove and keep pancakes warm until all batter is used.
