Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupGolden rasins--plumped and

1 tbspFlour
9 ozUncooked quick or old
Fashioned oats
5 ozCoarsely chopped almonds
1/2 cupFirmly packed light brown
Sugar
1/2 cupEgg Beaters=AE 99% egg
Substitute -- thawed
1/3 cupLow Calorie margarine --
Melted
1/2 tspVanilla
1/8 tspAlmond extract
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350.
2Spray a 13x9" nonstick baking pan with cooking spray.
3Line pan with a sheet of wax paper over bottom and up sides of pan.
4Set aside.
5In a medium bowl, combine raisins and flour, tossing to coat.
6Add oats, almonds and sugar and stir to combine.
7Set aside.
8In a 1 cup liquid measure, combine remaining ingredients.
9Add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
10Press mixture into prepared pan.
11Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
12Set pan on wire rack and let cool for 30 minutes.
13Invert pan onto work surface, discarding wax paper, let cool completely..
14Cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 12 equal bars, making 2Wrap each bar in plastic wrap and freeze for future use.
