Freezer pancake batter

Ingredients:
2 cupFLOUR
4 tspBAKING POWDER
1/2 cupSUGAR
1/2 tspSALT
1/2 cupSHORTENING
4 xEGGS
1 3/4 cupMILK
Procedures:
1Sift dry ingredients together into a large bowl.
2Add shortening cutting it in with a pastry blender.
3Add eggs and milk stirring until smooth.
4Pour into container for the freezer and cover tightly.
5Recipe will keep for about a year.
6Use a one quart milk carton for keeping mixture.
7Note: thaw mixture the night before using
