| 6 | Fills 12-14 crepes. |
| 7 | Crepe batter ingredients: combine all ingredients in blender, and blend for one minute. |
| 8 | Scrape down sides and blend another 15 seconds or until smooth. |
| 9 | Refrigerate batter 1 hour or longer. |
| 10 | Cook crepe until bottom is browned. |
| 11 | Then carefully turn with spatula. |
| 12 | Brown other side for a few seconds. |
| 13 | Remove from pan with spatula; stack on plate or tray. |
| 14 | Freeze in muffin tins, then remove and store in plastic bags. |
