2 tbspUnsalted butter
1 Boned and skinned chicken

3 tbspFresh lemon juice
2 tbspChopped parsley
2 tspGrated lemon rind
1/4 cupHeavy cream
3/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
8 ozBow tie pasta, cooked (warm)
1/4 cupChicken broth
Procedures:
1In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
2Saute chicken for 5 minutes.
3Remove to a plate.
4To juices in skillet, add asparagus, broth, and lemon juice; reduce heat.
5Cover partially; cook 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
6Add chicken and all other ingredients except pasta.
7Boil 3 minutes to reduce liquid.
8Add pasta and toss
