Ingredients:
1/4 cupTahini (sesame seed paste)
3 tbspRice wine vinegar
2 tbspMiso (soy bean paste)
2 tbspVegetable stock
2 tbspHoney
2 tbspDark sesame oil
2 tbspLow-sodium soy sauce

2 tbspTamari
Procedures:
1In a food processor or blender, puree the tahini, vinegar, stock, honey, oil and soy sauce or tamari until smooth.
2Spread the dip on whole-grain english muffins (or a brand with oat bran added).
3Serve with fresh fruit
