Electric bread - sticky buns

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup-Water
3 cupWhite Bread Flour
2 tbspDry Milk
3 tbspSugar
1 tspSalt
3 tbspButter
2 tspFast Rise Yeast -OR-
3 tspActive Dry Yeast
***STICKY SAUCE***
1/4 cupButter
1/2 cupBrown Sugar
1/4 cupCorn Syrup (light)
1/2 cupPecans (broken)
***FILLING***
1/3 cupSoft Butter
1 tspCinnamon
Procedures:
1Remove dough from the machine after the dough or manual cycle is completed.
2Prepare sticky sauce by warming all the sauce ingredients, except the pecans, over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
3Pour into 13 x 9 pan.
4Sprinkle with broken nuts.
5Turn dough out onto floured surface (it will be sticky), and punch down.
6Roll dough to a 16 x 10 rectangle.
7Dot with soft butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
8Roll jellyroll style and pinch seams together.
9Slice 1 ?inch thick pieces, place into pan on top of sticky sauce, and let double in size (about one hour).
10Bake at 375f for 20-25 minutes.
11Cool for no more than three minutes, then invert pan so sauce and nuts are on top of buns.
12Ingredients for regular pan - ?cups water; 2 cups white bread flour; 1 ?tbs dry milk; 2 tbs sugar; ?tsp salt; 2 tbs butter; 1 tsp fast rise yeast; or 2 tsp active dry yeast.
13Sticky sauce: ?cup butter; ?cup brown sugar; ?cup corn syrup (light); ?cup pecans (broken).
14Filling: ?cup soft butter; ?tsp cinnamon.
15Use an 8 x 8 pan and roll the dough 12 x 8 rectangle.
